BACKGROUNDS FOR PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENT

Most existing oil-based silicon water-repellents is made by adding oil to toluene, deadly poisonous solvent and these water-repellents have brought about environmental pollution. To root out this problem, silicon oil is dispersed by surfactants in order to make the water repellents environment-friendly.
But they are swept away shortly in rainstorm and this causes exceedingly high maintenance expenses. They are not set after drying. They remain in liquid and absorb the smoke which results in the contamination of the facility's surface.

Clear Super HS103 is a new environment-friendly water-base silicon material. It's a state-of-art nano-material and forms a strong water-repellency after drying and non-contaminative and semi-permanent
solid coating surface of solid molecular bonds with cement and red blocks.
